How To Get Tested Fo Std

e. .. A Course on Social Software and Web 2.0 for Teaching Theatre

OBJECTIVES

The profile you wish to make concerns a familiar figure in the knowledge and management functions of the Web 2.0 in a collaborative model based on social software for creating and sharing online resources . Today, in fact, the learner must be able to "construct" their learning environment is through the combination of stimuli that come from traditional educational institutions, and with the rich universe of informal network that is continuously evolving.

The "vision" course lies therefore in this context of rapid ownership technological change, which tends to change the contexts of traditional and wants at the same time suggesting a critical reflection on the added value of social software: ie to learn to build real "Personal Learning Environment (PLE), or environments that allow us to adequately manage our process of social relations and life-long learning in the Network, and at the same time to acquire the skills to be able to guide the construction in areas of learning and teaching and discipline.

The student at the end of the trail will then have the ability to know, evaluate and manage Web 2.0 tools, ensuring in particular:

-their integration into the specific work context (firms, public administrations, universities, schools, vocational training agencies, etc.).

-l 'methodological and cultural organization of subject content ( structuring of forms, etc..) and the dynamics of communication (interaction, processes) to support learning processes in the network;

-selection criteria and management of resources deployed in the network;

-the criteria for assessment and monitoring of its training programs.

Course activities will be developed in a software application to build a community among the students themselves learning useful to share joint approaches, shared experiences, mutual scaffolding.

TEACHING
The teaching modules are held from January to September with guided activities in collaborative online environment, followed by a phase of activity of individual or small group (project work), with the support of experienced tutors.

The project work will be aimed at testing direct learned in the modules, and the final meeting.

The course is aimed at training of the expert in the management of Web 2.0 and social software for teaching.

The educational complex is composed of elementary teaching modules for the acquisition of necessary skills for the use and management of the latest Web software and services aimed at:

- collaborative construction of knowledge (Wiki, Wikipedia);
-
communication and Sharing (Blogs, Podcasting, Video and Digital Storytelling);
-
sharing of resources (images, links, books, Flickr, Delicious, LibraryThing, Anobii)
-
recruitment and aggregation of information (features of Google, RSS and newsreaders, NetVibes and other aggregators);
-
georeferenced information (Google Earth and shared maps) .
-
construction of social networks (Ning and others)

The integration of these knowledge and skills through specific activities of "mashups" (Web application hybrid type, that is to include dynamic information or content from from multiple sources) develop the basic skills of the figure that the advanced course aims to train, and at the same time provide the theoretical basis and practical to build with them the true all-embracing community of practice online.
